Return & Refund Policy for Skincare Products

1. Scope of the Policy

  • This policy applies exclusively to skincare products purchased directly from NECESSITI

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds are accepted only when the product is damaged, defective, or otherwise compromised during delivery.

2. Damage Upon Delivery

  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or opened, you may raise a return or refund request.

  • Such a request must be submitted within same day of the delivery date.

  • Please notify us immediately upon receiving the product and provide:

    • Photos or video evidence showing the condition of the product and packaging.

    • Your order number or invoice details.

3. Post-Delivery Returns – Not Allowed

  • Once the product has been delivered and accepted in good condition, returns or refunds are not allowed, even if initiated after 1 day. This is non-negotiable due to health regulations and product integrity concerns.

4. Return Processing

  • Upon submission, allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your request.

  • If approved, a reverse collection will be arranged through our courier partner to pick up the product from your address.

  • Once we receive and verify the issue, a replacement or refund (your choice) will be processed within 24 hours.

5. Refund Details

  • Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless the damage was due to our fault.
