1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery is available in metro cities, Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns, and most remote locations covered by courier networks.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier efficiency, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 per order.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹399 (after discounts, if any).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt (due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other reasons), our courier partner will attempt redelivery.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we strive for timely delivery, there may be rare delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier network disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email/SMS.
